Another Time Exposure

I can't recommend enough that you purchase a remote shutter release! Using the bulb function on the camera and this little $11.99 jewel, I can lock the shutter open for as long as I want and not shake the camera. This shot was taken with a 15 minute (aprox.) exposure. If you look closely at the gap between the trees you can see some star trails. Yes, the world is spinning, and at a very high rate of speed! I can't wait for the chance to try this in the country with not so much ambient light. The bad thing I noticed is that my camera has several "hot pixels". If you look closely at the full size image you can see several bright red and blue pixels. If this were a better image I would have taken the time to take them out using software.
