It was my pleasure yet again to shoot a great Javier Mendoza concert. This one took place at the historic Orpheum Theater in Galesburg Illinois. This venue was fantastic! Great lighting, great acoustics, and Bob Horner running sound made this a VERY memorable show. One other thing I should note is how incredible the staff at the Orpheum was. Everyone in Javi's entourage was treated very well.

I took more than 350 shots and have only processed about half of them. There are at least 10 already posted to my flickr stream.

Here is one of some folks dancing to Ro-CoCo in front of the stage. When people started coming down the isles, the lens I had on was my 55-200 sigma (very slow), so I had to settle for some artistic motion blur and way to little light. I wish I would have had the 50 f/1.4 on. It would have been a lot less noisy.
