Lighting Texture

This was a one light setup using my Sunpak 333 with a few layers of paper towel used as a scrim and diffuser. To fill the dark shadow camera left I used a folded white piece of typing paper and to direct some light to the top, I hand held an envelope.

I think this clearly illustrates how fine texture can be enhanced by simply choosing the key light angle carefully.
